The MTS network in Russia is conducting an emergency maintenance from 15 March 2026 at 14:00 PDT until 15 March 2026 at 22:35 PDT. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to MTS Russia handsets.

We are aware of the short notice and are working with our Carrier Partners to provide earlier notification where possible.
