Twilio will perform scheduled network maintenance in our IE1 region during an 8-hour window from 16 October 2026 at 14:00 PDT to 16 October 2026 at 22:00 PDT.

During this window, customers may experience a brief service interruption of up to 90 seconds affecting the following:

Interconnected Customers: All IE1 interconnected customers will experience a brief interconnection service interruption of up to 90 seconds. During this maintenance, the following Twilio services may be impacted if they are using the IE1 interconnection:SIP Interface,Elastic SIP Trunking,WebRTC Client,SMS,Voice and Verify.

Customers interconnected with Twilio exclusively via IE1 will have no workaround during the brief 90-second interruption. Customers configured for failover to DE1 or alternate regions should experience no service disruption, provided automatic failover is enabled on their end.
