We're conducting a planned maintenance in US East 1 between 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM Pacific Time on 03/09/2026. During the maintenance window, customers may experience the below issue for about 1 minute: -Customers who are using Flex with Legacy Programmable Chat may notice some errors on the UI and/or on direct API requests while invoking flex flow and flex chat channel resources. -There is no workaround however, if there is any failures in the API responses, please retry the request.
