Some Twilio PayG (Pay-As-You-Go) accounts may be experiencing an issue where their account remains in a suspended state after increasing their account balance, or remain active when their balance falls below $0. Our engineers are aware of this and are actively investigating this incident. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as we have additional information.
