Call Summaries in Voice Insights Affected

Twilio Voice Insights Call Summaries were degraded for 40 minutes between 05:00 and 05:40 Pacific Time on 12/13/2025. During this period of time, customers using Voice Insights API and Console did not see the data for the above period. The issue has now been resolved.
